1Introduction

Welcome to Atlas77. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "You") and Atlas77 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the atlas77 website located at https://atlas77.cam, including all games, betting services, promotions, and related features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Services, or placing any wager on the atlas77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Atlas77 is operated as an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving users in Malaysia. Our Services are intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on atlas77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Atlas77 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the depositing payment source (after deducting any withdrawals already made), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural-person structures are not eligible to register as Members.
• You must not be a current or former employee of atlas77, its affiliates, or any software or service provider to the platform whose role gives you access to non-public information about platform operations.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by atlas77 or any recognised gambling support organisation.
• You must have the full legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, or where accessing atlas77's Services would be in violation of applicable local legislation.

4Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian phone number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on atlas77. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Atlas77 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts and associated balances may be suspended without prior notice, and any bonuses or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Atlas77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify atlas77 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Atlas77 relies on the information you provide for KYC verification and payment processing. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension and delays in payment processing.

5Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the atlas77 platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a syndicate, providing betting services to third parties, or systematically exploiting promotional offers across multiple accounts.

5.2 Acceptable Use

When using the atlas77 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to engage in any activity that could disrupt or compromise the integrity of the platform, its games, or its other users. Atlas77 operates a fair-gaming policy and takes the integrity of sporting events and casino game outcomes seriously.

5.3 Platform Availability

Atlas77 aims to maintain platform availability of 99.7% or above but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency downtime, or force majeure events may temporarily render the Services unavailable. Atlas77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance wherever practicable.

5.4 Currency and Odds

All transactions on atlas77 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Odds displayed for sports betting markets are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, the odds at the time of acceptance are binding unless the bet is subsequently voided under the platform's void-bet policy.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Atlas77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), GrabPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Accepted methods are subject to change at atlas77's discretion.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform. As a general guide, minimum deposits start from RM 10 (e-wallets) to RM 100 (bank transfers), and maximum single transactions may be capped at RM 500,000 for bank transfers. These limits may differ for VIP tier members.

6.3 Processing Times

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are credited instantly in most cases. FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are subject to on-chain confirmation and typically reflect within 15–30 minutes depending on network load. Withdrawal processing times are: e-wallets within minutes, bank transfers within 1 business day, USDT within 30–60 minutes.

6.4 Same-Name Policy

For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, the payment method used for withdrawal must be registered under the same name as the atlas77 account holder. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Atlas77 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation if a third-party payment is suspected.

6.5 Deposit Turnover Requirement

To prevent payment system abuse, atlas77 requires that deposited funds be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before a withdrawal request can be processed, unless the Member has an active bonus with separate wagering requirements. This policy applies to all real-money deposits.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by atlas77 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion. Failure to complete wagering within the validity window will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Atlas77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other users to exploit bonus mechanics, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and exploiting software errors or loopholes. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended and balances forfeited.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

Atlas77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn before a Member has completed the associated wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance and unmatured wagering credit may be removed from the account.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the atlas77 platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other users in any form of match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated cheating activity.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance unlawful activities, or engage in any form of financial fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from exploited errors are not valid and will be withheld.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with atlas77.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without that user's explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards atlas77 staff or other users via any communication channel.

9KYC & Verification

Atlas77 is required to verify the identity of its Members as part of its commitment to responsible gaming, anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance, and fraud prevention. The KYC process is a one-time requirement that must be completed before withdrawal limits are fully unlocked.

9.1 Required Documents

Members are required to submit the following:

• Primary identity document: A clear photograph of both sides of a valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or the biographical data page of a valid Passport.
• Proof of address: A utility bill (electricity, water, or telecommunications) or bank statement issued within the previous three months, showing your name and current residential address.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of you holding your primary identity document beside your face in adequate lighting.

9.2 Verification Timeline

Atlas77 endeavours to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Members will be notified by email and in-app notification upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required.

9.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

Atlas77 reserves the right to request additional documentation in cases where enhanced due diligence is deemed necessary, including but not limited to: large withdrawal requests, unusual account activity patterns, or discrepancies identified during routine compliance reviews. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

10Responsible Gambling

Atlas77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented a range of tools to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion through the platform or by contacting support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications can be enabled to remind Members of time spent gaming.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the atlas77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and brand elements — is the intellectual property of Atlas77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without express written authorisation from Atlas77.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atlas77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.

Atlas77's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Atlas77 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. We reserve the right to void bets or game outcomes that result from technical errors, software faults, or data feed interruptions, subject to investigation and at our sole discretion.

13Account Termination

13.1 Termination by Atlas77

Atlas77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Members.

13.2 Termination by Member

You may close your atlas77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance (subject to completed KYC and wagering requirements). Unused bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, atlas77 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is suspected, we reserve the right to freeze funds and cooperate with relevant authorities.

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the atlas77 Services shall first be subject to an informal resolution process by contacting atlas77 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to binding arbitration or adjudicated by a competent court of jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent atlas77 from seeking injunctive relief or other emergency remedies from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or other legitimate interests.

15Amendments

Atlas77 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify Members via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued access to or use of the Services after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your account as described in Section 13.2.
